Is there a way to automatically convert product title into meta title?

Hi, is there a way I could convert my product title into Meta Title on the links. Example would be if my product title is “Blue Snow Covered Shoes XL-41.SG” my weblink would be something like .com/products/blue-snow-covered-shoes-xl-41-sg

Still in the extreme beginner stage and would appreciate any directions into getting my store started. Links and guides will be extremely appreciated! I only have 1 product

it should be like that only, is it different in your case? nevermind, go to admin > product > select any product > search engine listing > URL handle
