Is there a way to edit Prices in Bulk?

Hi! I’m setting up my store (I sell Prints of my original artwork). There are 3 to 5 options of size and materials a customer can choose from. I have around 150 prints for sale and I’d like to know if there’s a way to bulk Edit these prices. Example (not real prices) below:

Abstract Waterfall
Canvas 12x12 = $89.00

Metal 12x12 = $99.00

Acrylic 12 x 12 - $79.00

The Great Lion
Wood 16x20 = $98.99
Canvas 16x20 = $104.54
Acrylic 16x20 = $154.36
Metal 16x20 = $144.77
Etched Glass 16x20 = 188.12

Since everything is priced based on the size and the material chosen, I’d like a way to edit them and check to make certain the prices are the same (i.e., that I’d not accidentally made a keystroke mistake).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hey, Lonni

check if selecting the product in you want in the products tab on admin and going into edit products you are able to do what you want

Hi Uhrick. I appreciate the reply but that’s the first thing I tried. :slightly_smiling_face:

hey, Lonni

can you tell me what was it that was missing from what you needed in the bulk edit? Because from there you can edit different prices for different variants and matches of variants

Thanks! Okay… I’m able to see 3 Different Products and their material/price at a time - preferably I’d like to be able to sort them based on either material/size/price so I could see a LOT of them at the same time… but if that’s not possible it’s okay).

There may be a way for me to change, all at once, the price on, let’s say the 20x20 Canvas (so I wouldn’t have to click on each one) but if there is I can’t figure it out.

As you can see from the Screenshot, I accidentally listed one of the prices as $101.12 when it should be $101.13.

Does this make sense?

I didn’t understand much of your first question, because you say that you are being able to see 3 different products, but the screenshot says you’re listing 50, you say something to sort them to see more than 3, but I didn’t undestand exactly what you said.

About changing more than one cell at the same time, you have to hold alt and then click in the extra cells so that you can change a lot of them at the same time

Uhrick!
I appreciate your reply. Even though you didn’t follow what I was saying… you still gave me a decent solution. I did not know you had to hold the ALT key (I had tried Ctrl and SHIFT keys). Thanks my friend.
