We offer a product that the customer can enter a width and height dimension when ordering. Sometimes they enter dimensions larger than the carrier will take. We want the site to halt their order and contact us to complete their order. I have contacted Shopify and they are looking into it but no response yet. Is there an app that will do this?

You might want to check out the Easify Product Options app. It allows you to create custom width and height fields for customers to enter when purchasing a product. Plus, you can set minimum and maximum values to prevent customers from going beyond your limits. Adding a help text for customers is also an option

Thank you for the tutorial, it was helpful. What we are looking for is an app that will add a single upcharge for products over a certain size and for 1 to 5 items. (1 charge for any quantity 1 to 5 - for 6-10 items charge a second upcharge). If the next specified size is exceeded, it would need to charge the next tier upcharge for the same quantities as the first tier 1-5, 6-10 etc. Will this app do that specific logic?
