I’m not sure that there’s a way to do this, but I have a friend who wants to help promote our business through his business, and (if possible), he was wanting a QR code that leads to a page (that isn’t in navigation) with special pricing for his customers.

Is there a way to do that on Shopify, or would I be better off making a duplicate page with a prominently displayed discount code?
