Is there an app that will allow a user to lookup a custom record or serial number and pull results?

I’m looking for an app or solution that provides the following serial number or record lookup:

or

Is there an app that can achieve this?

I just want to match user query to serial number entered. Much like UPS matches tracking information.

I considered using a shipping app and entering custom fields with the serial # for each product.

Our page will display text notes and an image for the matching record.

From the sounds it you’re looking for a serial number look up or authenticity checker (Customer will enter a serial number, then it will check if its valid or not and if its valid, then show the detail associate with it), is it right? let me know if I get it wrong

We developed an app that have serial number lookup / authenticity checker as small part of the functionalities (the app can do a lot more, so let us know what you want, then we can better advice you), here is what you can do with the app

  1. Upload the serial numbers and associate with a product or provide download files if you want

  2. Ask the customer go to the frontend

  3. Customer enter the serial number, then the app will check against the serial numbers on the record, display data associate with it if it have - see the attached screenshot

All the fields and content/title/descriptions above are customizable, so you can have a picture of the product with serial number, so customer know where to look for serial number etc, here is the doc for it
