I am Using Dawn theme, and am based in South Korea.
The problem is, that Shopify’s app ‘Search & Discovery’ does not support the Korean language, so I cannot use the ‘predictive search’ or ‘smart search’. The customers have to type something without any suggestions or predicted words.
That is why I am trying out some of the third-party Search (or Smart Search) apps currently.
While doing it, I noticed that all of the Search apps include filters.
That means that even if I want to use the Search function only, all the original Dawn collection templates are switched to the app’s collection templates (with filters).
It’s too much work to customize the third-party collection templates to our needs.
Does anyone have any suggestions which I can keep the original Dawn theme template (of collections) and only use the smart search fuction?
