With Matrixify you can export your Order line item data to a spreadsheet file, not only CSV but also Excel XLSX file which is a lot more user-friendly to work with for bulk data management and updating data such as Tags.
You definitely can then use this exported file to manage Tags set for your Orders. You can edit the exported file to have the following minimum columns to update order Tags:

  • ‘ID’ or ‘Name’ to identify the Order
  • ‘Command’ set to value ‘UPDATE’
  • ‘Tags’ is a comma-separated list of tags for your Order
  • ‘Tags Command’ with value ‘MERGE’ if you just want to add new tags so you do not need to list all existing tags, or value ‘REPLACE’ to replace the tags that the order currently has with ones in your import file.
