Is there any good Apps for heavy products shipping rates?

My website, https://www.kolvending.com/, sells vending machines and is built on Shopify. However, my products are quite large, resulting in high shipping costs. Are there any good plugins that allow me to set different shipping rates for different countries?

Yep this is expected, unfortunately. Shopify only pulls live shipment statuses (In transit, Delivered, etc.) for a small set of carriers with deeper integrations. DHL Express isn’t one of them, so Shopify just shows the order as “Fulfilled” even though the tracking link itself works fine.

That’s why you’re seeing DPD update correctly but not DHL. It’s not an issue with your fulfiller or the tracking number, Shopify just isn’t syncing DHL’s delivery events at the order level.

Most merchants using DHL handle this by:

  • checking delivery directly on DHL’s tracking page, or

  • using a tracking app that actually listens to DHL status updates.

If you want those Delivered / In transit statuses to show somewhere customer-facing, ParcelWILL Order Tracking (formerly ParcelPanel Order Tracking) can do that. It pulls live updates from DHL and shows them on a branded tracking page, even though Shopify’s own status pill stays static.
