Is there any report that shows the cart and checkout values?

I was expecting to see these values in the conversion report which shows the # of of carts and checkouts. But they are not there.

I haven’t used it myself but maybe this app will help. Amplitude: Customer Analytics link listed below. Though it only has two reviews.
