Is there any way to talk to a real person in customer service to get my payout?

My finance account with Shopify has been locked for 13 days. My sales go in, but there is not way to get the money out! My Shopify credit card, my Shopify bank balance, and the ability to transfer money out from my Shopify account has been frozen, and my ability to make any changes to my tax ID, which is the source of the problem has also been frozen. Every Support ticket I have put in has gotten no result, other than “I have escalated this with our verification team”.

No one from support will give me a phone number to call. No one from support can give me any prediction as to when the verification will be done and my account unlocked.

Does anyone know a phone number to reach a real person at Shopify?

Maybe you can try reaching out to them via Shopify’s Social Media – Shopify (@ShopifySupport on X/Twitter) is responsive. Public tweets sometimes get faster action
