Is this a legit message from Shopify?

Hello,

I received an email from the following address, shopifycarechampions@gmail.com stating that I was in trademark violation. I looked up how to handle this and it said to go to admin and respond the notice. There is nothing on my admin page about this. I have no idea if this is a scam or not. The following is cut and paste from the email,

Dear Shopify Store Owner,

We’ve been trying to reach you regarding a critical issue with your Shopify store. Your use of trademarks is unauthorized, and despite multiple warnings, you have not responded. You are now in direct violation of our Trademark License Policy.

Immediate Action Required:

  • Your Store Will Be Permanently Closed within 48 hours if you do not comply.
  • All Your Efforts and Investments Will Be Lost if you continue to ignore this.
  • Legal Action may follow, exposing you to severe penalties.

Last Chance to Save Your Store:

  • Contact Us Now by reply to this email with “ASSISTANT” in order to rectify this issue.
    Submit Proof of Trademark Compliance immediately.

This is your final warning. If you do not act now, your store will be permanently shut down, and there will be no opportunity for recovery.

Do not delay—your business is at stake.

Shopify will never contact you from a gmail.com address.

I would mark the message as spam and block that address.
