Received an email recently in my “junk” folder from an email labeled (Shopify legal@usa-dh1.com).
The email had some links in it to click to view this DMCA. I haven’t clicked any because I fear it is a bug/scam. Is there any way to verify this with Shopify without clicking links in this suspicious email?
In the email there is a message from “Andy Nelson” at Shopify. This all seems fishy.

I just got the same exact email. Looks like a phishing email.
Just got the same one. This one seemed so believable that I clicked the link & it led me to a shopify log in but, the url was jerrisparks.com. I did not log in.
Fake and scam, you will lose your login information if you click the link and log in.
Shopify will send emails using email examples like that “*** @Shopify_77 .com**”

Based on the information you’ve provided, this is a phishing email. Oftentimes users will send out phishing emails to obtain merchant’s personal information. Phishing emails may ask you to provide your personal information through a form, via email or a fraudulent phone number. I would strongly advise to not click any of the links or follow the instructions within the email you received.
I recommend forwarding any phishing emails that you receive to Shopify’s safety inbox at safety@shopify.com. By building a record of attacks directed at merchants, we can work to better protect you and your information.
