I’m pretty sure it is as it’s come through the customer contact form and not directly from Shopify, but it always leaves me with a small doubt. Any feed back would be great.
If this is a Shopify-managed domain, then you can automatically renew your domain subscription in your Shopify admin. When you automatically renew your domain, this ensures that your ownership doesn’t expire. You can activate automatic domain renewal from your Settings > Domains section.
If your Shopify domain subscription expires, and you’d like to continue using your domain, then you have 40 days to contact Shopify Support directly to renew it. You cannot renew an expired domain yourself. You can find more information through our Renewing Shopify-managed domains resource.
