So I got 2 emails now from a shopify theme development they said that some file i use i guess is vulnerable and i have to secure it it says i have a week to contact somone named hannah and if i dont do it i will be suspended i guess so is this a scam or real what should i do
Hi, I’m not sure but seems to be scammed because as per my experience, shopify don’t ask to contact with someone (any name).
You must contact shopify support via your shopify account and let them know, they will confirm in few minutes.
