Hi,
I received an email saying my account has been placed on a 20 day reserve because of a high risk transaction. It asks me to click a link, however i’m unsure whether this would be a scam or not. Wondering if anyone else has received this before and what I should do?

This could be a phishing email, to be on the safe side forward the message to Shopify’s safety inbox at safety@shopify.com.
Also, if you have doubts, you can contact merchant support, they’ll confirm if there are any issues on the account.
