Is this email about Shopify policy violation real or spam?

Good Morning:

So, recently we missed a very important email from real Shopify because it looks very much like Pfishing/Spam, even the link was suspicious. Our tech group agreed it was SPAM, but..Turns out it wasn’t. So today I get the following. Again very suspicious and misspelled word and the link goes to ,noticiashoyvenezuela…(not posting the whole thing, just the first part so no one can accidentally click on it). Everything I see tells me its SPAM, but I thought the same about the previous one. What do you think? Not seeing a “log” in shopify itself. Thanks.

Hello,

We noticed that Two products ordered by a customer in your store was marked as “FAILED” by the shopify monitor bot, for this reason the order was removed from view for all customers. This is due to the fact that those products do not fall in line with the shopify policy agreement signed by shopify control team. And this might lead to the termination of your store if not removed as its against our signed policy.

Kindly check your log [LINK REMOVED] and remove those products to avoid your stole from being permanently terminated.

Thanks for choosing Shopify! We look forward to helping you grow your business!
