Is this infringement email from Foreo legitimate or a spoof?

I recently got an email from someone claiming to represent “Foreo” basically stating that the product I’m selling is an infringement and violates the IP rights. I just recently started my first Shopify store and started selling some face toners off of aliexpress. All of the pictures I used were off of the ali website and they are all copyright free and do not have any branding on them. This company says otherwise and claims that im copying their design that they have a “patent” on.

If they are so concerned about infringement, shouldn’t they just target the source manufactuetr at aliexpress and not just a small dropshipping store?

I really don’t know how this lawsuit would work so I just want to know whether this is a spoof or not.
