We ordered from a shopify website and the past few days the site seems to be gone.
Is this something I should be concerned about? We still want the item we ordered, but now the site is giving this strange error.

- Look for the store contact information in your order confirmation email.
- Try reaching out to the store by replying to the order confirmation email.
- Use social media messaging app like Messenger to get in touch with the store.
If you’ve already tried to contact the store directly, and haven’t heard back passing 30 days, you can use the Report an issue with an order form.

I appreciate the reply! I did reply to the order confirmation email, but no reply back yet and did try messenger actually.
The problem with the form is, since the website is down it keeps giving errors and will not let me submit the form.
Any other ideas? @jasonh
Can you try cleaning the cache or use another browser to submit the form and let me know how it goes?
Yea I tried 2 browsers. I think because the form may be trying to check the website but it’s gone it seems.
