Is this Shopify Email Legit or a Scam

Hi

I ordered products in December using a TIKTOK ad/link, and this is the email address who sent me a confirmation email after I paid for the products.

Email address: store+94200594776@t.shopifyemail.com

I would love to know if I have been scammed because I am not receiving feedback whatsoever regarding my order seeing that it was already sent for shipment in December (same day): Sunyou tracking number: SYCN130783538

There is an email address who I also followed up with: naledi.seattle@gmail.com - after this the site is no longer available and I cannot track the order using this tracking number provided.

Please advise

Hi there @KaylinP I think it’s best you take this up directly with the customer support team as soon as you can with the mail addresses and other relevant details
