Same here , i ordered a product on Feb 9th and got a confirmation email but still the product isnt delivered or any other response from their end. There’s no contact info in the website too… What do I do ?

Scam. Ordered 2 Batania oil from mybotania.com in Nov 2024. Never received product. Cannot contact. Won’t reply to email. Reporting to BBB. Asking attorney friend to research owners, get money back.

The same thing happened to me when I purchased a shirt from kookiasale. I think it is a scam.

I sent an email to Shopify and reported that I had not received my order and it’s been a month, but they really couldn’t do anything. SIGH! Beware of any online orders with many of these stores based in China.
