Hi there, I am currently using wordpress for my main domain name (paintballbeasts.com). In the future, I am planning to start my own store and use shopify on a subdomain. (shop.paintballbeasts.com)
I was curious that is it possible to use shopify on a subdomain?
The short answer, yes, you can use a subdomain with your Shopify store. When you create the subdomain, you will need to point the domain to shops.myshopify.com using a CNAME record. Once added, it can take up to 24 hours to take effect. Once done, you can add the domain to Online Store/Domains. More information on domains can be found here.
