I ordered a hair curler from Volapur.com that was about $50, now the website seems to not exist and the package never arrived!! And it just takes me to a Shopify website, I don’t care about the package but I would like my money back! Please help!!!
I too recently ordered from the volcapur website several days ago and believed to have been scammed. It kept sending me to this page a few days after I ordered.

I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order.If you have attempted to reach out to the business and suspect that it is on the Shopify platform, you can file a report with a merchant here. Once you successfully submit this report, our dedicated team will investigate further.
With that being said, there are processes in place with your bank for these situations for you to get your money back. I recommend speaking to your bank, credit card company, or Paypal (depending on how you transacted your order) and notifying them of the transaction and any issue you are encountering. They should then be able to begin an investigation with the aim of retrieving your funds. This also helps our own review process if a given store is on our platform.
