Is ZEE Q Shop legitimate or a scam?

In a moment of inattention I ordered from this shop. It must be a fake storefront. Got an order confirmation, but no response to any attempts at communication, and no merchandise. My orders page on site says “fulfilled.”

Almost too ashamed to post this screenshot of the page footer, but people should see it.

I found a number on their FB page, but the first person didn’t know what I was talking about. Second person knew of shop name, supposedly looked up my order and said I should get it in 5 to 7 business days. Surprise, surprise, it still had arrived 7 days after that!

Lost “only” $30, but with $635 SS monthly income, it’s not insignificant.

Note: Apparently this board doesn’t accept .png files, which is all my screenshot program uses! In any case their 'phone number was: 000-000-0000, and email address: info at yourwebsite dot com (it was in the correct format, but don’t want to create a link.)

I know, I was stupid, don’t you be, too.

With regards to your inquiry, I understand that you purchased something from an online store but never received the product. You have also tried to communicate with this store but have not received any response.

If it has been over 2 weeks since you made the order, it is now time to reach out to your bank about this matter. In these situations, it is only the store in question as well as the banking partner that you used for this purchase who will have the authority to process your refund and since the store has not been responsive, it is now time to relay this to your bank.
