I’m experiencing an issue on my Shopify store using the Prestige theme (default theme settings).
The problem is with the Multicolumn section. On desktop, the images display at full/native quality and look fine. However, on the mobile version of the site, the images appear to be limited to approximately 400 × 400 resolution, which causes them to look blurry.
I understand that mobile versions typically use lower image sizes for performance, but this level of compression negatively affects the visual quality and does not align with a luxury brand presentation.
Has anyone encountered this issue or found a way to improve image quality in the Multicolumn section on mobile while keeping good performance?

Prestige theme demo store does not exhibit this behaviour.
The section “About us / From A to Z” loads images 800 pixels wide (and auto height) on mobile which seems right.
They run version 11.0.0, but I doubt it matters.
Can you share a link to your store where the problem can be seen first-hand (and preview password, if one is set)?

Tested your site on my iphone – still loading 800-px wide image.
If your device does not have high pixel density, or browser does not properly support it, then it will load 400px-wide image.
