ISSUE: My Website URL is flagged for phishing and not loading on mobile

Topic summary

Issue: The site artarteli.com wouldn’t load on the poster’s phone when connected to their Wi‑Fi. A VirusTotal scan reported one phishing warning. The store hasn’t been publicly launched. A screenshot of the VirusTotal report was provided.

Recent input: Another participant tested the URL on their phone and confirmed it loaded correctly.

Analysis shared: The tester questioned relying on VirusTotal’s single warning and noted that all Shopify stores use a shared set of IP addresses. With 2M+ Shopify stores, a different problematic store could cause an IP-level flag that doesn’t implicate this site specifically.

Outcome/status: No concrete cause identified and no remedial steps decided. Evidence suggests the warning may be a false positive and the loading issue could be environment-specific (e.g., local Wi‑Fi). The original poster acknowledged the input; discussion remains open without a confirmed resolution.

My website (artarteli.com) wouldnt load on my phone while connected to my WiFi. I analyzed the URL through https://www.virustotal.com/ and the report came back with one phishing warning. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? I haven’t even launched the website to the public yet. Any help would be appreciated.

Just tried visiting your site on my phone, and I can confirm that it’s working/loading perfectly.

As far as the IP warning goes – I’ve never heard of virustotal.com before, so I’d take anything they say with a grain of salt. All Shopify stores use the same set of IP addresses (to point to Shopify), so it’s possible that one of the 2 million+ stores on Shopify could of been sketchy, and thus, that website (not knowing any better) thinks that the IP is bad (which it definitely is not).

Thank you for the input!
