I am building two separate stores. The first is https://elegantwatchworks.com/. I added the app collective and it synced perfectly. the second store is https://www.sweet-honey4u.com/. I downloaded collective and it absolutely does not work. screenshot shows the error. I have gone through six shopify advisors with no luck they even escalated it to their technical department and in two weeks I have had no Result and even less responses from them. I am thinking it must be something in my admin (Back of store) settings but I can’t find them. any help out there?
