Issue with autoplay on mobile // Zeno app

Hi Shopify community,

I’m facing an issue with my video loops on mobile for my both websites.

Note that I have built these pages with Zeno app and customized the HMTL to ensure the video loop will autoplay on both desktop and mobile (using autoplay playsinline width=“100%” style=“pointer-events: none;” in html page).

See below my two struggling pages:

For both pages, video loops are not auto playing on mobile but work fine on Desktop.
