I have been using Retail Barcode Labels for a few months with no issue. I work at a dress shop and I need to print these barcodes. When I go to print, they only show the name of the dress and the size… but there’s a big white space where there should be barcodes. Where do I go from here? Anyone know?

It looks like you might not have barcodes assigned to your products.
You can assign barcodes in many ways, from custom internal codes to buying them from GS1. Another solution is to use our app EasyScan.

Was this resolved? I am having the same issue with the Retail Barcodes app. worked fine and now it will not generate barcodes for any new products
I’m having the same issue - did you manage to resolve yours? I’ve tried just about everything, and tech support could not figure it out either.
Same issue here. Worked before, now nothing. everything else is there, just no barcodes. I’m certain there are barcodes for these products.
