Issue with Checkout - keeps redirecting to the Cart page

Hi,

Setting up my site and testing an order, when I add an item to my basket and goto checkout I can see the item then, when I then click on the Checkout Button the page just keeps refreshing and wont progress any further? Any advice would be appreciated
