I hope this message finds you well. I’ve recently launched a new Shopify store and have encountered a significant issue with displaying discounts and prices correctly.
Despite meticulously configuring discounts and prices within the Shopify admin panel, I’m facing difficulties as they fail to appear properly on the storefront. This issue persists across both desktop and mobile devices.
I’ve taken several troubleshooting steps, including clearing the browser cache and trying different browsers and devices, but unfortunately, the problem persists.
I’m reaching out to this community for assistance as resolving this issue is critical for the functionality and user experience of my store, especially given its recent launch.
