Hi Shopify community,

We are using the Prestige theme and have created a lookbook page at our website:
https://www.hiroclark.com/collections/for-her-pleasure-women-lookbook

Like you can see, there’s a feature that allows us to tag products on the images and make them shoppable.

That’s where we have an issue. For some reason, this shopping feature does not seem to work correctly anymore.

For example, in the screenshot below you can see how we managed it in Shopify. We can pick a product and the position and the variant:

But if you look at the other screenshot below, first, the color swatches are not displayed correctly - it shows weird black rectangles and if we try to swap colors, nothing happens. Then, the default variant should be the one we choose in Shopify. Here it should be the black color variant.

One additional issue we have with the functionality is this last screenshot below. All sizes are sold out but we do have inventory for most of them - see tagged product here: https://www.hiroclark.com/collections/for-her-pleasure-women-lookbook/products/women-her-tee-jersey?variant=45029948424424

That’s pretty much it. Let me know if someone can help!

Thanks,
A.

Hi @Stephenworld_1

Thanks for your explanations.

I am not able to fix it by myself. Is it somehting you would be able to assist with ?

We can cover fees for it if needed.

Please, email me at antoine.blaquart@gmail.com if you’re interested in.

We can potentially cover fees for it.

Thanks,
Antoine
