Issue with scrolling down on mobile

Hi guys, i am having an issue with the mobile version of my website not scrolling on iPhone. It seems that once page is loaded, you can scroll after 4-5 seconds. I have tried clearing the cache and using other browsers all have the same issue… i think it might be a code issue… can anyone help pls

Hi, @Afterhrsuk the issue i get is from your video banner scroll stuck on it.

Steps to Add Custom CSS in Shopify1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.

  1. Click Actions for the theme you want to edit, then select Edit code.
  2. Find the base.css file under Assets (or whichever CSS file your theme uses).
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the file and add the following CSS code

Hi, i am using the spotlight these but i cant find base.css.. can you provide some more help to find this… thank you

Guys, still struggling with this and shopify support is taking time to even get to the problem, would really appreciate some support. the below link shows a video of the problem
