For some reason or another, only some of my product pages are showing the “related products” list above the product information, despite it clearly showing in the template on the left hand side of the theme editor. I want this to be visible for all products. If it’s of any help, my current theme is “Ride” and I have not applied the most recent update. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
To ensure that the “related products” list is visible on all product pages in the “Ride” theme, you can follow these steps:
Access the theme editor in your Shopify admin.
Locate the “Product template” or “Product page template” section in the left-hand side menu of the theme editor.
Within the product template, check for a section or snippet that is responsible for displaying the “related products” list. It might be named something like “related-products” or “product-recommendations”.
Verify that the section or snippet is added and properly configured in the product template. If it’s missing or disabled, you can add or enable it by dragging and dropping the appropriate section from the “Sections” panel onto the product template layout.
It is added and properly configured as I stated in my initial posting, that’s why I’m confused. It’s clearly visible in the left-hand side of the editor at the top of the sections panel but its just invisible on the actual page for some reason
