I’m having trouble syncing my Shopify product catalog with TikTok Ads Manager and was hoping someone here could help or share similar experiences.
Here’s the issue:
I have three active markets configured in Shopify:
- Sweden
- European Union
- International
All markets are set up correctly in Shopify’s Markets and Shipping and Delivery settings, with specific shipping zones for each region. However, when I check Product Catalog Locations in TikTok (via the TikTok Shopify app), it only shows Sweden as an available location.
On the other hand, in Targeting Locations in TikTok Ads Manager, I see several European countries listed, including some outside the EU, which creates inconsistency.
What I’ve Tried So Far:1. Resynchronizing the product catalog via the TikTok app in Shopify.
- Double-checking my Shopify market settings and shipping zones.
- Adjusting the targeting locations manually in TikTok Ads Manager.
Despite these efforts, the product catalog in TikTok Ads Manager still doesn’t reflect all active markets from Shopify.
Questions:- Has anyone experienced a similar issue with syncing multiple Shopify markets to TikTok?
- Are there specific settings or steps required to ensure the TikTok product catalog reflects all Shopify markets?
- Could this be a limitation of the TikTok-Shopify integration, and if so, are there any workarounds?
