Hi everyone,
I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I’m encountering on my Shopify store regarding variant option pricing on the cart page.
I run a cake bakery and utilize Shopify to manage my online store. Within my product offerings, I have a product with two variant options, one of which is the “Single-Tier Size Selection.” As this option has a large number of values (up to 18), I have utilized a third-party app called Expo to create the remaining variant options, specifically the “Extra Items” option, each with its own corresponding price.
The problem I’m facing is that when a customer selects their preferred options, which include both the “Single-Tier Size Selection” and “Extra Items” options with prices, the total amount displayed on the cart page only reflects the price of the “Single-Tier Size Selection” option. It fails to add up both the “Single-Tier Size Selection” and “Extra Items” prices together.
This is really causing confusion for my customers and affecting the accuracy of order totals. I have tried troubleshooting within the Shopify backend but have been unable to resolve the issue.
Can anyone please assist me in resolving this matter?
