Issues adding shipping Zones with no 'Shopify Payments'

Hello,

My business is registered in South Africa. My current market is only in the US but I want to now add South Africa as a shipping zone. It is saying that I need to install Shopify Payments which is also not available in South Africa. Is there any way around this? As I would really like to include South Africa in my zones.
