Hello everyone.
I’m having issues uploading a .cvs onto shopify.

For context I have 2 suppliers, and one of them have 36k product .cvs.
After exporting it I had to purify it into shopify’s .cvs template.
All the information is on the right place, in the right format, I even check the encoder and it is in the UTF-8 format.

I tested the import using just a 50 product .cvs, it goes through without any errors, but after importing the information no product show up in the store.

I’ve contacted support, the agent was super helpful, but unfortunately nothing worked.
He told me to edit the headers, before importing, and the best result was a 4 product import without image.
I’m currently waiting for a specialist e-mail, but this is time sensitive.

I’m getting desperate at this point, I don’t know what else I can do.
