Hi there I hope someone can assist but I am having a few issues with the domain that I purchased through Shopify. Whenever I open my store through this domain I get a “this site can’t be reached message”. is this an issue I can wait out or must I start editing my DNS, any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
When did you purchase the domain? Would you mind posting the domain here so I could check the DNS info on it and see?
I purchased the domain a day and a half ago, i don’t mind at all the domain is http://mysunshine.be/
I would reach out to Shopify support for this issue. From my end, it’s like the domain isn’t even registered. It points to nothing so I am getting no information. Best best is support from the company you registered the domain with.
