Does anyone have a solution?
I have added a video to the “hero video” section in the Streamline theme, and while it plays perfectly well in the editing section, when I try to load a preview or open the website on my mobile, it does not load. I have tried various bit rates and different aspect ratios and none seem to work. The video is uploaded to shopify. Youtube videos work, however, the quality is not great.
Does anyone have a fix or suggestions please?
