Issues with Mobile store all of a sudden

Hi everyone,

All of a sudden we have had a lot of feedback from customers that when they go to our store on their mobile phone everything is very small. We have tested this on our own phones and can see what they mean. The weird thing is that this just happened all of a sudden - it was all looking good on the mobile store before but it seems something caused the menus, photos, descriptions, etc to appear super tiny. I tried to email support but they just suggested for me to hire a shopify expert. I was hoping someone may have a quick fix for this or at least advise where I could start to look into this without having to hire someone. The fact that it looked good before and just recently became an issue is the part that confuses me. Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Shopify Community!

Did you make any recent coding adjustments to your theme? If so, you can roll back .liquid files individually to a time and date before you made the changes.

Otherwise, without being able to see your store, it’s difficult for me to establish what is happening. Would you mind sharing your website URL with me so I can take a closer look?

HI Moira! Thank you for taking the time to respond to me. The only time I went into the code was to add the pixel information for the FB and instagram shop (which I had to remove an old one and replace with new one). I am not sure how I can check if I accidentally deleted anything when I added the code. Our website is www.ripexcuses.com
