It says my products are "out of stock" when I dont even have intventory turned on

Topic summary

  • Products are displaying as “out of stock” despite inventory tracking being disabled. The issue began after changing the shipping-from location.

  • A likely cause raised is the use of multiple inventory locations (different fulfillment/shipping origins). This can misalign stock availability per location and incorrectly show items as sold out.

  • Recommended action: review inventory location settings and product availability per location, and follow a linked troubleshooting guide that outlines steps to resolve the “sold out” display when multiple locations are involved.

  • Current status: unresolved in-thread. Prior contact with support did not provide a solution; awaiting confirmation whether following the guide fixes the issue.
