Items not selling for full price all of the sudden

Hi all,

Not sure if I’m the only one dealing with this or if there’s an easy solution to this. All items on my site are flat dollar amounts such as $22.00 or $26.00 but in this past week of sales, these items are showing me that they were purchased for let’s say $20.71 instead of $22.00 with no discount applied. I did not do anything to my settings that would have accounted for this change, so I’m not sure how to make my items go back to being full price.

Here is an example of what I mean :

If you look at item “Simple Snake Chain” in order #1056-F1, you can see it is $24

But when looking at the same item in order #1064-F1, it now is sold for $23.31?

If this has happened to anyone or you know of a solution, please let me know. It really sucks that I’m not making full sale on these items and I don’t know how this even occurred.

Hi there,

Are you dropshipping/importing through a third-party? It’s possible this is happening because your settings are allowing automatic change to product prices as suppliers changed prices. As a reference point, here is an example of that from Modalyst.

Another possibility is an interference from an app that you may have installed. Something that creates discounts, product bundles, etc.

If you can share some additional details like your business model and any recent app downloads that’ll be helpful in determining the cause of these changes.
