Items not showing up in online Collection with condition

Hi,

I’m trying to add items to my glassware collection and they are not appearing online.

They are appearing in the collection and matching with the product tag condition but when I add new items to the collection they are not visible online.

Any ideas on what could have happened? This wasn’t a problem a week ago

I think this might be due to two scenarios :

  1. The new products are not active yet, you can change the status of a product by selecting it then clicking on Product status then selecting active
  2. The tag isn’t attached to the new products or is different (tags are case sensitive so it needs to be exactly the same)

Let me know if any of these two solutions helped out

The Products are active because I can search them on my site and find them.
The tags are spelled correctly.

Can you send me a screenshot of the product that has been added in the collection and is not showing.

And send me the site link. I will check it.

Can you send screenshots including product “Estaban Prieto Collection (available in 3 Colors)”. Because I checked and it “Estaban Prieto Collection (available in 3 Colors)” product is still showing fine at “DINING & ENTERTAINING” collection. https://materialpossessions.com/collections/dining-entertaining

So if it is added in the admin of the collection, there’s no reason why it won’t show up at the frontend.

everything is tagged properly.
