A coat/jacket that I’m trying to feature on our Spotify and link tree isn’t showing up to be an option, even though it is clearly on our store.

Good question. I’ll just want to confirm you’re referring to Spotify the music player correct?
If you want to publish your product on other channels you can do so by clicking on the product, then clicking Manage on the product page.
Once you do that make sure that both Linktree and Spotify are selected and click done.
You should publish your product to those channels.
