I have a few products in managed markets that are stuck in the “in review”. I have updated the category metafields and it has been 24 hrs. How can I determine what I need to change?
Hi Jeffrey, you should be able to see what information is missing, or what the conclusion is to your product review, in the right column of the product page in the Shopify admin. If you’ve provided all the requested information and it’s still in review after 24 hours, send me a DM with a link to a product and I’ll take a look to help you understand why.
