Its not allowing me to set up the two step verification

Hi Imogen,

I have still troubles with this same issue. I want to add a bank account, but I need to add two factor authentication first.

Once I have added my two factor authentication, it still keeps going back to the same screen.

I’ve tried all the solutions mentioned above but they don’t work:

  1. Clear cookies

  2. Change web browser

  3. Change two factor authentication method from authenticator app to SMS

  4. Tried the steps in the Help Document

Can you please help me with a solution for this? Because I can’t finalise setting up my shop now.
