I've edited the footer and now I can’t make it mobile responsive again

Topic summary

A Shopify store owner using the Crave theme has encountered a mobile responsiveness issue with their footer after editing the code, primarily with ChatGPT assistance. The footer displays correctly on desktop but fails to adapt properly on mobile devices.

Key Problem:

  • Changes made to fix mobile responsiveness are being overridden by unknown sources in the code
  • This is the user’s first experience with extensive code editing on Shopify

Current Status:

  • The issue remains unresolved and open
  • Multiple community members and developers have requested the store URL and password to diagnose the problem
  • No technical solution has been provided yet

The discussion is awaiting the store owner to share access details so helpers can inspect the code and identify where the CSS conflicts are occurring.

Hi everybody!
This is my second website created on Shopify, but actually the first one where I’ve started to edit the code massively, mainly with ChatGPT’s help. I recently changed my footer, and while it looks great on desktop, I can’t make it mobile responsive again. My theme is Crave. I tried loads of suggestions from AI, but my changes are getting overridden, and I don’t know where from.

Can somebody help me, please?

Thank you
