I think the first thing I’d figure out is whether the problem is traffic or conversion, because those are two very different problems.
I had a quick look at the store and the biggest thing that stood out to me is that the positioning feels pretty broad. “Wellness redefined” and “natural support” sound nice, but I’m not sure a new visitor immediately understands who the store is for or why they should buy these products from you specifically. Shopify recommends making the audience, product value, trust signals, and CTA very clear because those are some of the first things shoppers look for.
I’d probably pick one product or category to push first rather than trying to sell the whole store at once. Get some real traffic to that product, then look at where people are dropping off. Are they leaving the product page, adding to cart but not checking out, or not even engaging with the product?
I also use SiteGuru for the technical and SEO side of my stores, mainly to make sure important pages are actually being indexed and there aren’t obvious issues holding the site back. But SEO alone won’t fix it if the traffic coming in doesn’t have a strong reason to buy.
If you’re getting basically no traffic right now, I’d work on getting the right people to the store first. If you’re already getting decent traffic and still getting zero sales, then I’d focus heavily on the product pages, trust, pricing, shipping and checkout experience. Shopify also recommends looking at add-to-cart and checkout progression instead of only looking at the overall conversion rate.
