When I share my page in a social media such as Instagram.
The image shows up perfectly;
the problem is… the text underneath it is not what i want it to say and I’ve been searching and searching and searching for a few hours now..and can’t find out where. =/ Please help Someone stated below it’s the “IMAGE CAPTION” but where do I change this Image Caption for the Social Media Shared Picture (specifically Instagram?)

Obviously I want it to say services…but after it says test..and I know i typed test somewhere.. I just can’t find it

That is correct but where I do change it?!
In my understanding, that can be your product image alt.

Go to Admin page
-
Click Products
-
Choose the product you wan to edit.

On the media section, click on the image you want to edit
-
At the right hand side, you will the “add alt text”
Unfortunately that didn’t work..
I attached a photo of what I’m talking about
It says Services
then TEST … I don’t want it to say test ;(
Hi there,
I believe it’s the meta title and description of the page. If it’s the product page, you can check the “Search engine listing preview” section at the bottom of a product edit page.

You’re right this does help for specific products and when I post share it…but it doesn’t change it just for my website… is there a place where I can change that for JUST my website?
Are you referring to the homepage? You can change the Title and meta description of the Homepage at Online Store > Preferences > Title and meta description
See that’s the weird thing.. I changed that..and it still says test
Some platforms such as Facebook will have your older title and meta description cached and may not update on their side. In some cases, it may take 24-72 hours to be updated on other platforms.
You can check if the new title and description are set up correctly with https://metatags.io/.
