Why this board?
Whether you’re hiring your first team member or building out a full commerce team, finding the right talent is one of the biggest challenges merchants face. This board gives you a direct line to a community of people who get ecommerce — no noise, no spam, just real opportunities at real stores.
Guidelines

Merchant store/team roles only: Post open roles at your brand/store (full-time, part-time, contract). Not apps, freelance pitches, agency services, or partner sales recruiting. Those stay in
Ask & Offer. -
One role per post: Clear title. Include company/store, location or remote, role type, what the job is, and how to apply (link or process).
Template:
[HIRING] Store Name - Role Title - Location/Remote (Full-time/Contract) -
Be timely: Listings must be currently open. Close or update when filled. Posts will be auto closed after 30 days. If the role is still open, repost with an updated date. No evergreen spam or copy-paste blasts.

Help in public: No “DM me for details” as the whole post. Unsolicited recruiting PMs aren’t allowed.

Be transparent: Mention if it’s paid, unpaid, or commission. Disclose if you’re a recruiter posting for a Shopify merchant.
